            Wasm_of_ocaml: compiling OCaml bytecode to WebAssembly

I will present how I have retargeted Js_of_ocaml to produle WebAssembly
code, making it possible to compile existing programs with minimal changes.
I will discuss the implementation and give some initial performance
results. WebAssembly is an alternative to JavaScript to run programs in a
browser. It was initially designed to support low-level languages but the
recent WebAssembly GC extension makes it possible to compile
garbage-collected languages to WebAssembly without having to implement a
large runtime. It also makes it much easier to interact with the Web APIs.
